Oliver Chen has served as the Technical Support Director of VANZBON’s Cross-border Independent Station since 2018, responsible for the technical support and system maintenance of the cross-border independent station. He leads the team to continuously improve the efficiency of technical support to ensure that customers can receive timely and efficient technical services.

Previous experience: Before joining VANZBON, Oliver served as a technical strategy consultant for several multinational companies, focusing on technical solutions and customer support.

Education: Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
